Daniel Chávez
Daniel is responsible for Dextra’s worldwide operations. He has led the Management Team since February 1999 and has broad experience managing finance and technology companies. Daniel holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Monterrey Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Hector Vega
Héctor is a technology and engineering professional with 20+ years’ experience leading software development organizations delivering safety-critical and high-availability software solutions in the Telecommunications, Aerospace, Semiconductors and Cloud Applications industries. Hector is responsible for Dextra’s continual focus on technology as well as business development.
Leo Palacios
Leo leads Dextra’s delivery team with an incessant focus on improved productivity & quality and talent engagement & development. Since joining Dextra upon graduation Leo has succeeded in tech lead roles as well as project management. He holds a B.S. degree in Electronic Systems from Monterrey Tech and a MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Madia Garcia
Madia is an HR Professional with 15+ years’ experience managing talent acquisition in the Manufacturing and Services industries across different verticals including Education, Automotive and Technology. Always focused on driving human capital performance and productivity for better business outcomes, Madia ensures HR activities are an integrated element in the fulfillment of company's objectives with a special focus on productivity and service quality. Madia holds a B.S. and Master´s degree in Labor and Organizational Psychology from the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon.
Brenda Manjarrez
Brenda is responsible for building long-term relationships with our candidates and creating a strong talent pipeline. She holds a B.S. in Applied Linguistics from the UANL and brings over 20 years of recruiting experience. She has been working in the IT Industry for 14 years and is an expert at detecting the right technical talent. For our clients Brenda is able to identify great candidates who also fit seamlessly into Dextra’s culture.
